If you are unable to see the TaskReviewer review area inside Teamwork there are a few things to check.

  1. Does your Teamwork site use custom domains? If so please make sure to install the Custom Domain version of TaskReviewer.
  2. Make sure you are logged into the TaskReviewer Extension.
  3. Make sure you are connected to the right Teamwork Account in TaskReviewer Extension - our extension supports connecting to multiple Teamwork Accounts so it is important that you are using the correct account in Taskreviewer.
  4. Try closing your browser and re-opening it.
  5. Try clearing your cache of your browser.
